Hi my name is Christine Algostotter and just like so many other people these days I was quite a bit over weight. I'd love to say that it just came on all of a sudden due to a thyroid condition or something like that, but the fact is I just let life get in the way and got lazy! It's not something that happened over night, and to be honest it wasn't something that I really started to notice until my husband starting paying less and less attention to me. I don't think I even stepped foot on a scale for about a year to weigh myself.
Yes, I knew that I had put on some weight, but I had no idea it was about 60 pounds! To say that I was little shocked it was that much is an understatement. So, just like most people do when they realize they have let themselves go a bit, I decided that I needed to do something about it. The thing was, I didn't do it right at the beginning of the year like most people do when they make these new years resolutions, I did it about three months after it.
My schedule is pretty tight so I needed to find something that would allow me to lose the weight I wanted to in a fast amount of time, but at the same time I didn't want to be sitting in the gym all day long. Most people know how much life will throw at you when it comes to doing things that you want to do for yourself. Every time you seem to start something (at least for me anyway) life always seems to throw something at me that will mess up the schedule that I have set for myself, so I wanted to make sure that what ever program that I chose was going to be something that would be flexible. I did a good amount of research too before I made my decision because the last thing that I wanted to do was make a choice, get all set to go and then realize that it wasn't going to work for me. I chose it because it was created by someone who also had quite the busy schedule and I liked the way it was presented. I'm not into a bunch of hype, lord knows there is plenty of that stuff that goes around. Out of everything I researched, this program seemed like it would give me the most. I'm glad to say that I made the right decision.
As I started the program I quickly began to feel better. It had been a while since I had done any kind of "physical" exercise other than walking to and from my car and into work. I definitely learned real quick just how out of shape I really was. The thing I like best was how easy it was to keep going with the program. Sometimes it can be a real struggle to keep the motivation going when you start something like this, but with this program I actually didn't have any problems sticking to the routine. I like to laugh at it now when I look back and see how far I've come, but if I can do it and finish it, so can anyone else.
Losing weight comes down to three things. Well at least it does in my opinion anyway. The first is realizing that it is time to do something about the way you have let yourself go. The second is to use the right program that is going to give you the results that you want to see. Again, this program here is the best for weight loss as far as I'm concerned, and third is the willingness to stick to your plan no matter what life throws at you (the fact the program is flexible really made this easy for me). Anyone can lose weight, I'm living proof of that. If you're serious about it, you will get the results you are after.
